    Behavioural-based interviewing, psychometrics, formal and informal observation. Authority checking: credit, criminal, drug, qualifications, ACC, visa.

  • 4. Health and safety

    Safety first, always. We are members of Site Safe and are always working on improving our health and safety culture with staff training and up-skilling.

  • 5. Staff care

    We are members of 'Mates', which deals with mental health issues in the construction industry. We have also engaged Active Health to manage staff with any physio and ACC-related issues.
