Breeze Bower-Okeroa - Recruitment Consultant, Cross-fit fan and Motocross rider

Joining Blokhaus as our newest Recruitment Consultant, Breeze brings a high-octane mix of local pride (Christchurch born and raised, with iwi ties to Ngāti Ruanui) and real site credibility. Before diving into talent acquisition and workforce solutions, she spent five years in gym management and two years on the tools in civil construction—laying concrete, carting Gib™, welding, and painting. Having walked the site, she speaks fluent tradie and knows exactly how to drive successful candidate placement across civil trades and labor hire.

Beyond recruitment: she can definitely deadlift more than you. (Pop into the office to test your luck, but don't say we didn't warn you!)

When she isn't matching top talent with their next career opportunity, she’s living life in the fast lane—racing dirt bikes (since age five!), competing in CrossFit, playing social hoops, golfing, and staying deeply connected to her Māoritanga, kapa haka, and Tā Moko.
